1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using USA Ticket Help's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

USA Ticket Help provides administrative support and guidance for traffic ticket resolution. Our services include:

  • Ticket review and explanation
  • Strategy development for ticket resolution
  • Court contact assistance
  • Translation and language support
  • Referrals to licensed attorneys when legal representation is needed

IMPORTANT: We are NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide administrative support and attorney referrals only.

3. Service Limitations

Our services are limited to:

  • Small vehicle traffic tickets
  • Regular non-commercial driver tickets

We DO NOT handle:

  • CDL (Commercial Driver's License) tickets
  • Commercial vehicle violations
  • Semi-truck tickets
  • Criminal matters

4. No Guarantees

We provide our best effort to help resolve your traffic ticket, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors including:

  • The specific violation and circumstances
  • Court policies and procedures
  • Your driving record
  • Cooperation with the process

We do NOT guarantee ticket dismissal, fine reduction, or any specific outcome.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Our service fee is $50 (regularly $125, limited-time offer)
  • Payment is required before service begins
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have begun
  • Additional attorney fees may apply if legal representation is needed

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

  • We determine we cannot help with your specific case type
  • Services have not yet been provided
  • Payment was made in error

Once we have begun working on your case (ticket review, court contact, etc.), fees are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner
  • Follow the guidance and instructions we provide
  • Pay any court fines, fees, or attorney costs separately
  • Attend court appearances if required

8. Immigration Matters

While we provide guidance on how traffic tickets may affect immigration status, we are NOT immigration attorneys. For specific immigration legal advice, we will refer you to licensed immigration attorneys.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may share information with:

  • Licensed attorneys working on your case
  • Courts and government agencies as required
  • Service providers necessary for our operations

10. Limitation of Liability

USA Ticket Help's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services ($50). We are not liable for:

  • Court fines or penalties
  • Insurance rate increases
  • Immigration consequences
  • License suspension or revocation
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you terminate after services have begun, fees are non-refundable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
